A word in your shell like...
A friend and I were shopping recently and one of the things she was looking for were some ear shaped sweets. We didn't find any but I found some shell pieces I thought were ear shaped on the beach while I was looking for more pebbles. Now I know where the saying comes from.

Small Project Finish
Earlier this year I spent some time in waiting rooms knitting dishcloths, but I was also working on this little English Paper Pieced Quilt. I find English Paper Piecing a great portable project and I have started a larger one using small floral prints. It will take some time to finish.
This is a little sneaky peek at the next paper pieced project using tiny floral prints and Apple Green homespun.

Peppercorn Tree
I have been asked by a few people what this is. It is the fruit on our Peppercorn Tree I don't know if they are edible or not but it is very pretty.
