From the Garden
I don't believe it! This time last week it was cold and wet with snow on the mountains. Today we are in shorts again and the veg garden has had a resurgence producing freezing quantities of beans and lots of salad tomatoes. I love Autumn.

Beans means .....
Beans means that I am in the kitchen. I blanched and froze 3 kilos of beautiful green beans from the vegie garden this afternoon and I have a baking tray of tomatoes in the oven that I will puree and freeze as well.

I picked three different bunches of roses from the garden on Friday and we have been enjoying them all weekend.
